Our free consultation includes a stylist review of your hair history, goals, and condition, a scalp and strand assessment, personalized recommendations, and an outline of services, timeline, and estimated costs to help you make informed decisions before booking any major service.
Treatments typically take 20 to 45 minutes depending on hair length and condition, with heavier corrective boosters adding time. Your stylist will recommend the best protocol during the consultation and confirm an accurate appointment length before service.
Book a color correction consultation as soon as you notice unwanted tones or previous color issues. Bring photos and your color history; we’ll assess underlying pigments, discuss realistic outcomes, and provide a treatment plan with estimated timeframes and costs.
The 15% military discount is available to active duty service members, reservists, and veterans with valid government or military ID. It applies to eligible services at checkout, cannot be combined with certain promotions, and requires ID verification at time of service.
Adding Additional Services the same day often depends on stylist availability and appointment length. Please call ahead to request an add-on; if time and resources allow, we’ll accommodate you, otherwise we’ll help you reschedule for the nearest convenient appointment.
Most clients tolerate deep conditioning well, but avoid treatment if you have open scalp wounds, active infections, or severe dermatitis. Always disclose allergies and recent chemical processes; we’ll perform a patch test if needed and recommend alternatives for sensitive conditions.
